Chestnut Affordable Housing, Inc., a qualified 501(c)3 organization, seeks to strengthen and support the quality of life in neighborhoods through the acquisition, rehab and renovation of affordable housing for individuals under-served by the private market. That’s why the overall mission is to provide for the needy, the elderly, working households, and others that the United States’ housing market does not adequately serve.

Chestnut Affordable Housing, Inc. is dedicated toward achieving socially just public policies that assures the lowest income people in the United States have access to affordable and decent homes. This is why we focus on first preserving existing federally assisted homes and housing resources, and then expanding and improving on the low income housing that already exists.

We want to foster just and equitable community development solutions that address the needs and aspirations of low and moderate income residents. Chestnut Affordable Housing, Inc.’s is to spread its influence up across the United States as we search for opportunities to acquire and better the affordable housing options available.  Chestnut Affordable Housing, Inc. hopes to provide a brighter, more equitable future to make a real difference.
