Chestnut Affordable Housing, Inc. was established in 2017 to provide federally-funded public housing across the country for individuals under-served by the private market.  We seek to acquire, sustain, rehab and maintain housing to provide for the needy, the elderly, working households, and others that the United States’ housing market does not adequately serve.

Together, with our outside developers, we aim to work collaboratively to meet the housing needs of people with limited incomes throughout the country.
